 With high concentrations of proteins and complex protein structure, this Enzyme may cause allergy if enzyme is inhaled. Once antibodies are generated, an individual becomes sensitized. Furthermore, exposure to enzyme aerosol can trigger allergic symptoms such as watery eyes, runny nose, scratchy throat and occasional skin rash.
